wanted to go morning walked rubbish lorry passed by and but start raining....
walked to opp lucky restoran...nasi lemak kosong x 2, 1 with egg & 6 pc kuih...$7...
Fetched OAL to SP new market to buy some vege & meat for today lunch...

ER-Off called about B-10-k unit on fire....informed tenant ( 3 of them in school)...one came back to check and sent a photo.....later feedback that one of the tenant was at home...he was preparing breakfast tha forgotten to switch off the fire...later hear explosion sound and the top kitchen on fire he tried water to put off the fire.....but still can not so he went to security guard ask for help....when the building manager went there managed to put off the fire...(removed the gas tank cover)....
HewKL..called for lunch but need to cancel due to the fire....

- some members quite young..under speech therapy....
- Tony tested one of the young member( already not working for a while....will target back to work on next year Jun 2017...)...tested by asking a question....ask the member how to chase money from his clients ? at first the member found difficult to answer...but later...he can answer it quite well...2nd question a client wanted to refund a goods to him......he answer good can not be refund after sold...maybe client can try to push/sale it again see how...(buy some time stratey...) tony very good...

- took some photos....the tenant feed back another tenant at home ( now staying at friend house...) he was preparing breakfast this morning.....
- cooking ventilation fan set burnt & fall down, cooking stove also burnt & fall down....wall ventilation fan, ceiling light....13amp wall socket x 2 melt.....
- DB tripped....checked no current coming in.....went to Mgt office ask for Riser key....Ms.W called Mr. Lee/En.Halim came to open the riser...he did not do anything ?...take up fuse ( but no voltmeter how to test...crossed in mind...turn the fuse up side down than tested by test pen...was OK....went back to the DB checked incoming was OK....when try to swich on the ELCB but fail.....Removed the melted wiring in the kitchen...wall fan & ceiling lighting all wiring seperated....than went to DB swicht on ELCB...Ok.....than mcb on by on.....Kitchen & small room current mcb tripped...need to call electrical guy to check and fix it...
- changed the pad-lock...used the B-6-S unit ( 3 keys to tenant...)
