- Explained to PTong....guarantee letter expired/payment....skip the appointment....
- Checked BP....still same...
- ECG to check heart/masser function...ok...
- Jul15 blood test result.....poorer than before....
- Take another 3-4mths to try on exercise ( now body status...will be not much.., it will help for those over weight....Diet control will be the target......next app on Jul16....
- May ask to assist on his student education purpose as a sample pre-patient.eg.....bec. too many casese already patient of diebetic, HBP....
12:20pm fetched Xjie to school...than fetched JY from the School.....(Chess competition...)
Lunch at 126....both $7.5+$6....total $13.50....felt the botak calculate more expensive......
