- Took photo for the aircond...switch on aircond to test it....its look ok but tenant intermetent problem come...
- Shared about electric bill deposit.....checked water usage....ask number of people stay (replied 3 person only and only used 2 rooms) at present 4 people it the house.....
- Verified the payment of rental....my records missed out one payment...will verify with bank statement...
- Tenant looking for another house for his workers to stay....his restoran at EP will be opened this saturday....ask for $1500 rental...
- Whatapp 2 owners....
- B-5-p replied first ok....ask to paint...ok....tried $1600 instead of 1500..
- A-7_p replied with question ask 1) customer ask for it or 2) to test the market....replied no 1)...than accepted $1500....
