- SSS & SLL, Darric, Dominic, JY & XJie...went to swimming.
- Jalil Damai entrance already changed from west to north entrance...
- Xjie & JYing swim competition...but half way JY claim.....May caused by no proper warmup..let of supplements..especially calcium & magnesium....
- Swim around 5 laps & took care of Dominic....
- Dominic refused to go home....promised him tomorrow come again

Dinner tar pao from 126 & Ko ru, Curry, tao kir.....very full.....

Went to bed earlier...maybe because of long time no swimming....
