9:30am SP5 JMB with Auditor - Extra Meeting
- Accountin issue
- unknown creditor.....old deposit amount....will be adjusted in new accounting on 1st Nov 2014...
- Chong' Roof repairing may had over pay...ask statement for account from chong
- Opinion from auditor, SP5 should withdraw from GST registration because 90% of apartment was residential.....but supplier or contractor may charges GST then JMB may add in to the maintenance fee e.g increade 5%....

Canaan Robbery
Canaan Church robbery at morning 10:42am t0 10:44am in front of the gate, a technician and a girl...the robber were indians drove Myvi car...the lady got no money and the technician quickly took out money from valet given to the robber then the robber left.....
5:10pm backup the CCTV video to USB drive.....then copied at copy to yewchong and tested on computer, the videos must clearer compare to the original view.......whatapp to chat-grd....
