3. Photocopy of Employee's passport & employer's IC ( $0.90 per copy)
4. Insurance cover note & receipt
- Went to counter 23 met officer for interviewed first then wait after payment straight can get the chop/stamp...
Parking $4 first hour +$3 = $7

- After payment still need to wait for new passport printing about 1 hour.
