- Registration 2-33A fail caused late payment interest outstanding then used the 3-33A unit, OK
- Breakfast Nasi Lemak, Mee hon goreng, Khay Thew goreng....
- Meeting delay 35 minutes duel to Quran not enough only around 30 people, most of invited gueast never turn up like MP, Lawyer, Police.....
- Chairlady resigned from the chairlady post....AGM in 3 years, not accepted by owners....
- Owner complaint about roof leaking problem, water meter lock problem, late payment issued,
- Owner complaint about the Building Manager not doing his task......
- New committee nomination for 9 members, By voting maintain 7 committee members...
- New committee member 1st meeting at JMB office to elect chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasure & committee. Ex-chairlady been invited become JMB Adviser....
- Due to the past hardwork done by JMB members like improving in collection control, new income from Maxis rental...etc. Allowances for committee members
- Allowance per month/JMB Meeting- Chairman, Secretary & Tresuare RM450/JMB meeting, Adviser is RM700 per month and committee RM100 per month in condition must attending the monthly JMB meeting..
- Next meeting agenda will be lawyer matter, title, water leaking ( repaire partial first).....

- Given homework not done......
- when using hardway approach by higher voice tone, he panic till don't know the date, day..ete.... slowly changed it to software and encouraging way he feel better then continue learning  and picking up.....after dinner he can do it ownself....

XJun need more practicing his piono because the test only 2 week more....
