Bellows incidents were happening in Serdang Perdana:

A.

With reference to the old furniture thrown by 2 Bangladeshi workers (either worked for the tenant, house owner or agent) at 3pm yesterday, please let us know how the incident was handled or any subsequent actions to be taken against them by Hokawai. We informed the building manager about the occurrence immediately and he was asked to handle the issue. Please let us know will Hokawai make a police report against the workers and also inform MPSJ or the town council member Mr Micheal who attended the last Sunday AGM? Please use wisely with the evidence we had sent to you yesterday. The abandoned furniture have been kept throwing again and again in the area for the past few years, why no culprits were caught by your managers who had been working for last few years and past 6 months respectively?

Shop number G-19 Block A is selling live stock (chicken) and make the area smelly. The building manager felt that it shouldn't be any problems as assumed that it was just a normal business. Do you feel that this is acceptable in the area?

C.

An owner from G-21 Block A complaint to the manager about plants growing around the concrete wall corners and some other issue about cleaning problems which were not solved for a long time. Instead of going to find out the problems in person (even he was asked to do so yesterday), he asked the technician to tell the cleaners to handle. We feel that we shouldn't let the technician to give instruction to them. At last, the cleaners were called to the office (not show them on the scene) and given instruction by the manager.

D.

We informed your staves to collect owners' and residences' signatories for the petitions on last Sunday, until yesterday 4.30pm there were only about 10 persons signed the petition. What were the staves doing in the past few days? I suggest the person in-charged shall  bring the petition letter go around for the signatories and take the opportunity to get familiar with the scenario around as well. No replied from the manager about the progress even had been asked in the emailed earlier.

The technician Encik Din collected cash from the cleaning company and distributed to all cleaners as salaries from the past few months. As a technician, he shall be prohibited to do so anymore. We suggest to pay the cleaning company provided the cleaners have received their salaries.

- Met Mr. Teo age 53years old, who carried motorbike accident  3 years ago make him paralyst sitting on electric with huge batteries wheel chair (cost around $8000) and an indian caretaker cost $1800 per month, luckily it was contributed by Socso. He joint Amway before with his uncle DD under CA Lee Kim Soon but now not so active anymore... His have 5 younger sister and 1 youngest brother who died in accident at Johor.
- Pass to photocopies of Masrin's MC, Bills & Medical card to Laywer officer at Sri Petaling Hotel at around 4pm and given him the bank account for banking the money..

SLL fetched SSS PIL from IJN hospital and Jqian. SLL's father today can stand up few times and can walk more.....every one so happy and keep on encouraging him....

- After dinner drop by Kg Koh house to meet new tenant and past the tenancy agreement at 8:50pm.  They occupied 2 front room and left the last room empty and one aircond not cool and another aircond remote control no battery. Tangki no water and water tap at sinki place faulty.....Panasonic 20" Color TV.
- After reach KL continues project at Xjun room.

Innova Car Engine Oil
- Bought an oil filter (Bosch) at OUG ($10 each or compatible cost only $6.50) and replaced the engine oil at Ayer Tawar Car Wash Center ( 2 x 4 liters engine oil cost RM190 ) because the Innova car need 6 litters of engine oil and the oil engine oil very dirty should be more then 10,000 Km haven't changed. Normally the engine oil color is yelownish then became dark yelownish then black and last will be black and sticky....The labour for the above was only RM10 compared to KL charged Rm30.

Innova Car Incident

- On the way back home, Innova car suddenly short signal on dashboard then stopped the car in front of Endah-Villa Condo in Sri Petaling and smoke came up from engine compament. Immediately SLL,XJun, OngAL & SiewTK exist fromthe car then Called YowML, it was caused by wiring short-circuit and check on engine compament found that the battery cables was melt and battery metal holder was lose then touched the battery connector caused the short-circuit.  After reconnected back the battery metal holder but the battery already had a big hole on top.

Restarted the car it working fine.......then replace by Unser to Gleneagle Hospital.......
