Analysis

Akisama has quite an impressive portfolio in hand, with numerous high-rise residential developments. The developer is the same developer for Kuchai Avenue, Dynasty Garden, Connaught Avenue, Continental Heights and Klang Parade. The location and pricing of OUG Parklane seem to be right. However, the number of supply worries investors. Imagine there are over 4,000 same units in the market, with the same built-up size and features. Hence, the purchasing power will be held by buyers and tenants. Will there be any room for the price to appreciate further?

Woo & Jill Engagement Dinner @ Marina Island & CCTV Problem

Morning breakfast at Ka Re Ki (Lau Kian not opened, they went to KL for her sister wedding day & dinner). Met Inspector Pang (SLL's friend). After breakfast went to Pasar garden's house for hair cutting cost RM14(chs, cxjie & Qqhi).

Went to Kg Jering's EYong solved CCTV problem, 2 cameras had no video( blue color)...one for Main entrance and one for office.....camera in office was spoilt replaced a new one and wiring cut off for main entrance camera, just reconnected the wiring tested OK. Ask for fax no for send bill purpose.

PCheong CCTV at Canteen side visit....one camera at drink making place dark and no color suggested them to install a fluoresent light see will help or not,  readjusted to cameras for better view angle....they wanted to add 2 more cameras for drink making area and main entrance area (where alot good loading place fro clients, sometime may have more then 70 people at one time.....

Visited PC factory new expansion at the back for existing factory.....and new CCTV system installed at the Store area.....

Lunch at BHP tar pao...Lu Mee, War Tan Hor and fried Mee....

Mr. Wong, a vendor of SP 2 sty house for sale RM680k (bank value) when asked the bank value from which bank no answer (ask commssion no replied, replied by asking for call card..)...He is dealing share market last time now dealing with high end imported vehicles...and also interested became Real estate negotiatle...The SP house now is vacant and he is working/staying in Ipoh...this weekend in KL and back to Ipoh on Monday...

and if you go to any video and click the "+ Add to" at the very bottom, it gives you the option "create new playlist" if you click that, a empy box will pop up and under it, it will say "public" with a globe symbol in from of it. click that and it will give you two other options besides public. "Unlisted" and "Private" that should help you understand this a bit better.

Yeah, it's an unlisted video, meaning only those who are given the URL can view it (as opposed to a private video, which only can be viewed by the uploader and selected YT contacts). I have a couple of of unlisted videos myself

马云：我确实是真心的今天来，我不是说假话，我书读的真不算多。我觉得做成功与不成功­跟读书多少没关系，但是你成功了以后有没有读书就很有关系了。我看到 很多人成功其实跟读书没有什么关系，但都很成功。但是成功人士他不读书他一定往下滑，­而且滑的会很惨，我们看了太多这样的案例。

　　我觉 得读书要会读，我不算会读书的人，但是我争取做一个会读书的人。因为有时候我在公司里­碰上很多人特能读书，属于智商很高，情商极低，成功与否跟情商很有关 系。我是把人当书看，我碰上任何一个人，不管他怎么样一个人，我都很欣赏他。我总是觉­得，哟，这哥们挺逗的，还有这样的想法。而且绝大部分的书，我看了前 面几页我基本上能猜出后面几页，后面故事基本上我能猜出来，所以我大部分看了会扔掉。­当然金庸的书我是永远猜不出来，我觉得特别好玩儿。

　　人生你是很难看（清楚），我自己觉得我们公司至少24000名员工是24000本书，­各种各样的，他们每个人人生阅历，他们每个人碰上一个事情，碰上一个问题怎么处理，都­是大大出乎我的意料。在座每一位年轻人，看书固然重要，但是看人，和人相处更为重要。 另外，我记得当年淘宝跟易贝竞争的，有几个朋友给我一本书，说马云，这本书必须得看，­你看了这本书，你才可以打败易贝。易贝出了一本书《完美市场》，是指 易贝当年怎么打败了雅虎，我就把这本书扔到了垃圾筒了，我说希望有一天易贝看我们怎么­打败他的书，因为你看了以后你基本上会按照这个路径去走，你会太了解 他，以及别人怎么打的，你最后越走越悬乎。

　　看书有一种乐趣，看了以后觉得挺快乐的，哈哈一笑，或者嚎啕大哭一场，我觉得很快乐。­但是 让我看书不断去想，让我背诵几段，还要讲几段，我肯定是做不到的。我这个人脑袋小，脑­袋小我要懂得小脑袋合理运用的方法，就是东西得忘得快。读书多有时像 电脑一样，电脑不是程序装的越多，应用装的越多电脑越灵活的。程序装的越多，电脑跑的­越慢，我脑袋小，沈国军转一圈我已经四圈半转回来，只能跟人家比谁 快。

　　另外，看书真是看啥补啥，有人说马云你给我一批书单，我好好看你看什么书，我也去学习­学习。我说第一，我真不怎么看书。第二，我 喜欢你未必喜欢，我就喜欢看小人书，又怎么呢。有人说马云你怎么喜欢看金庸小说，我真­喜欢看金庸小说，喜欢，没有对错。所以看书你觉得喜欢看。每个人只挑 自己感兴趣的书。所以我创业永远挑自己最开心的事情做，挑最容易的事情做，挑大家都喜­欢干的事情干，最重要的事情，最难做的事情，留给别人。这是实话，这 是创业的一个秘诀，做自己喜欢的事情。人生多累，你有一个老板已经够累了，没有老板就­希望做自己开心的事，又挑一个隔壁老沈看的书，你不是更累。人生苦 短，读书是给你带来快乐，不是给你带来压力，读书更不是比谁看得书多谁就行，未必。我­们公司也好，外面看了很多年轻人博览群书，我很钦佩，就像活字典一 样。你问他王安石变法哪一年？1069年。多少乘以多少，弄一个计算机就可以了。

　　我反正已经这么大了，这个年龄了，书也读不多了，所 以我给大家的建议，不读书也挺好的。喜欢读书，也很好，千万不要觉得书读的不够多，觉­得挺难受，挺丢脸，没什么丢脸的。人可以少读书，多干事。有人事干的 很多，事干的很多当然时间有限，把自己的人生当一部书，过了有过了，翻过了就忘了。谢­谢大家，就这么点事。

这样的英雄行为是值得赞赏，但是不可否认在社会保险体制不健全的情况下贸然出头，其实是有非常大的危险性，如果这几个偷井盖的不是电视台安排的而是真正的会伤害人民生命财产的歹徒，再穷凶极恶的把马云打了个生活不能自理，淘宝就不会出现了，真正需要的是大众的良知和社会对做好事人的反馈，看看18年后的现在，情况是恶化了还是改善了？

This hotel/service apartment is operating illegally!! There is a Court Order in place which means that any person staying here could be arrested and prosecuted for trespassing. 一個多月以前我去臺灣，在一個餐桌上，有一批年紀很大的企業家，頭髮都很白了，每個人都大談創新，怎麼創新？邊上有個人跟我講，臺灣有希望，我想這麼大年紀的人還在創新。後來我說臺灣沒希望了。假如七八十歲的人還在創新，我們問題就大了，他們不相信年輕人比他們更會創新，其實他們應該是盡全力去努力幫助年輕人去創新，建個平台扶持他們創新、幫助他們創新。所以我們認為比年輕人更聰明，那災難就出現了。 我經常看見父母罵孩子，我有一個親戚把孩子逼得團團轉，每天要讀書，我說兒子都不願意回家，為什麼還讓他讀書。他說我就是讀書沒讀好，我沒讀好， 他就吃了大苦，他就必須讀好。我說你沒讀好，他初中都還沒畢業都不想讀書了，他比你還糟糕。我們很多人都說80後不行了、90後不行了。直到最近我聽說80後說70後不行了。 這個世界上孩子們出了什麼問題？我覺得還是沒有出問題，是我們出問題了。我父親認為我不如他，爭論了將近20年，每次吃飯就吵架，直到前幾年我說，我把兒子十六七歲養到了一米八，你把我養成這個樣子，我對父親說你看你本事大，還是我本事大。

事情發生了很大的變化，我們的孩子永遠超越我，我的父親超越了我爺爺，我超越了我父親，我也堅信我的孩子會超越我。假如我們對自己的孩子沒有信心，我不知道我們對未來還會有信心嗎？孩子是我們的產品，一個老闆對自己的產品沒有信心的時候，你怎麼相信這個產品會走出去？ 所以我們今天不管講綠色，還是思想的盛宴，這個盛宴是80後、90後的孩子給我們做的。綠色價值觀首先裝在自己手上，這個災難是誰搞出來的，是上一代人搞出來的。我們在收拾這個殘局，我們的孩子們為我們收拾殘局，為什麼他們不行了？你說孩子們不承擔責任，你問問看，汶川大地震衝在第一線的是80後，玉樹地震衝在第一線的是80後。我爺爺相信報紙，我們父親相信收音機，我們這代人相信看電視，孩子們誰都不相信，他們相信自己的觀點。他們只不過以不同方式向我們表達而已。

我們總說孩子不聽話，請問我們聽了孩子的話沒有。我父親說了我20年不聽話，他從來沒聽過我說話。孩子們在想什麼，事實上我認為，有時候需要跟孩子談抗日戰爭、解放戰爭，他會說瞎扯什麼呢？這些東西都過去了，看看未來吧。我第一次說我拒絕吃魚翅，我跟你講魚翅真不要吃，90%的魚翅是假的。有人我說是綠色環保主義者。我有一個建議，他是理想主義，操作手法有問題，其實很多時候就是溝通的問題，跟孩子的溝通也是一樣。

我孩子17歲，跑過來跟我說：父親，我要找女朋友了。我說好事兒啊，為什麼？他說97%我這個年齡的人都有女朋友了，我說好。第一告訴我這97%的資料從哪裡來，他就說不清楚。第二，我個人認為，應該講我覺得，假如你愛上一個姑娘，那個姑娘也愛上你，我堅決支持。我們過來這一代，都很正常，他不想這個才不正常，他都懂，只不過不懂裝懂而已，他們是不懂裝懂，我們是懂裝不懂，我一定支持你。如果97%的人都找物件了，你不找對象我覺得不太靠譜了。最後他就會慢慢思考，其實我們只要學會跟他們溝通，去傾聽他們溝通，你說魚翅不吃，我們在阿裡巴巴淘寶網上談不吃魚翅的時候，我從來沒有見到過一次，我們所有政策永遠反對，只有這一次連續幾千人跟帖，所有人都是支持的，我們一直說我們這一代人拿不到諾貝爾獎，我也保證我們這代人很難拿到，但是我們的孩子們一定能拿到。我們永遠說為國爭光是拿不到的。而人家是為人類做的。我覺得我們80後、90後做了很多有意義的事情。

我們公司90%以上的員工是80後，他們創造的公司連父母想都不敢想，創造出幾千億市場，幾千億的創新。為什麼講這個，下午有一個爭論提到，我們總認為自己是對的，我們吃過苦，要告訴孩子們，但是不要讓孩子們重新走我們走過的路，重新我們走過的路是錯誤的。誰都會犯錯，我們沒有過偶像嗎？還是我父親沒有過偶像？你說楊子榮啊、李玉和都是他們的偶像。所以我們不是去埋怨，好孩子是表揚出來的，80後、90後既然承擔著我們的未來，我們就要支持他們，沒有人給過我們機會，我們為什麼不給他們機會。所以我給大家講的，今天解決這些問題，我堅決相信解決的方案一定比困難多，孩子們一定比我們有更多辦法，　　假如我們對他們失去信心，那麼我們對未來的信心全是假的。我們懂得開放，他們比我們更懂得未來，他們更懂得承擔這個責任，只不過我們不願意傾聽而已。最後我想公益者、環保者也好，要允許企業家，和諧的目的是窮人跟富人共同存在，有不同觀點存在，那才叫和諧。所以我覺得我們允許孩子有不同的觀點。

我最後就講一個故事就結束。我在北京買了一個大雕塑，3.6米高，王中軍給我介紹的。光屁股大漢，全身裸體，我覺得特有意思，我就買回來放在大樓裡，公司一片爭論聲，這個東西太黃色了。為什麼馬雲把它搬回來，一定有目的的。各種各樣的猜測、各種各樣的說法、各種各樣的人都很多。參觀的人很多，為什 麼想知道阿裡巴巴大樓裡搞一個光屁股男人放在那兒，甚至我們的員工要做條短褲給他穿上，太難看了，一定有一個統一的標準說法，這個標準說法是什麼，他們問我說沒有標準說法，我就覺得這個挺美。我問你，你喜歡嗎，喜歡。這個人說喜歡。我說很好。這個人說不喜歡，我說也很好。我們就需要這種思想，讓每個人發表不同的觀點，但是最終作出決定，還得往前走。 所以我看到的80後、90後，他們為全人類承擔責任，為這代人爭光，不是為某一個群體。給他們一些信任、給他們一些支持。魯迅說「關心我們自己的孩子，就是關心我們的未來」。我們的盛宴才會起來，否則今後都是悲劇。
