1. New Rule/Policy For Real Estate Agent-BOVAEA

The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia was set up in 1981 under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. The setup and operation of this Board is governed by the provision of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1981. Its primary function is to regulate the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents practising in Malaysia

• To keep and maintain the Register of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Probationary Valuers and Probationary Estate Agents and firms of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents.
• To approve and reject applications for registration.
• To hold disciplinary proceedings.
• To conduct examinations.
• To prescribe Scale of Fees.
• To regulate the professional Conduct/Ethics of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents.
• To award scholarships 

2. New GS Realty System
Year 2014 will be more challenging year for all real estate agents and also GS's agents. For agents would like to qualify for BOVAEA must work harder and committed to achieve company targeted minimun requirement.

4. Achiever Experiences Sharing
    4a.Mr. Brandon achived commission $70K last month when he committed to full time in Real Estate, he had closed 4 offices due at one time and challenger experiences due with 3 owner at one time....Advide : FOCUS & COMMIMENT
    4b.Mr. Paul achieved commission of $44K last month (Past 5 months zero sale) He dealing with high end properties higher property cost 30 million and lower was $500k...Advice : BELIEVE
    4c D&C couples consistent commission claimed $50k per month for past 8 months. D advised that this coming years till 2018 will be very good opportunity for property industry, don't miss the opportunity and PERSISTENT AND NEVER GIVE UP,SURE YOU CAN MAKE IT.
    4d P&C couples achieved official commission was $700K in one year and invested more then 4 property in one year. Advised that work hard at beginning like 18hours per day to ACHIEVED GOAL
