2. To Receive and adopt the minutes of the 4th AGM held on the 15th April 2012.
3. To receive and adopt the audited accounts of JMB Serdang Perdana Shop and Shop Apartment for the period ended 30th Jun 2012.
4. To determine the number of members and to elect new JMB committee members for the year 2013/2014 sesseion.
5. Any other matters

The 5th AGM ended at 1pm.
