7:54am Stepenie will come to fetch May to Church....Sara acompany us visit the swimming pool area and took some photograph with those animals like crocodile, hipo...and etc....than waited at the guard house

8:00am Stepanie arrived than we took a photo at the guard house......dropped me at Miri Airport to keep my luggage in the locker(8:07am)....than went to Miri town...dropped Me & Tan around Muhibah Tamu area....

2:50pm Plan to Luthong by bus....waited at the bus stop nearby Bintang mall......according to a Curtin student the bus will come every 30mins....2 buses to Permas Jay, 1 bus to Curtin university....but no bus to Luthong so cancel the plan...walked again toward southen which near to Miri Airport...

Miri Day 3 - Lambir National Park & Ming Cafe

5am wokeup....preparation to LNP

Miri Day 2 - Niah Cave & Canada Hill

7:30am...S fetched us (with T) to the bus terminal.....arrived about 8:09am...

8:15am Bus to Niah ($15/person).....bought some breads from the stall nearby $2.80 for 4 pcs...

10:10 reached Niah junction....look for breakfast...malay stall full of people but we went to opposite road more chinese stall....

- teh & kopi cost $4.80.....

Asked from the stall about transport to Niah Cave....a Nati offer the ride fee $30 per trip...On...He feedback a place used to flood......

Reached Niah cave main entrance....fee $10/head, $1/person ( collected thru & flow ) for the ferry to crossed over the river....


Visited the Muzium of  Niah cave, histrory of Niah....than crossed over the river.....while doing standfie...did not reliase lost the A7 connector/convertor....

Met a couple near the car park....just asked of lift to the main road....she agreed...when on the way to main road asked her again...going back where....she said back to Miri, she agreed to send us back to Miri too......

What updating the the group.....
- about A7 connector....S replied can go to Bintang mall at Miri town....

When reached Bintang mall....went to buy the connector....first shop...offer whole usb cable cost $30 (lebel was $49) prefer the convertor...went to next shop...label price 19...15 done.....

Dinner at McD on level 2......McChicken set x 2.....after dinner just asked T any interesting place nearby...maybe can go to Canada hill....so tried grab again...fee $6 by Muhamad....waited at the Bintang mall main entrance.....

9:31pm S went to airport to fetch May....(her what at 9:18pm...)....

Miri Day 1 - Miri Town Visiting - 170511 (Thu)

5am...abit raining....lucky my plan may not work out....

 

Xjun fetched to airport used MEX highway than exit to Dengkil way to Airport....after reached the Petronas is about 2km away to KLIA2.....my plan may work but there is a risk also....

Straight to departure hall checked in by shown the check-in slip and IC.....

Right hand size a malay women and lefthand side a gentlemen came to Miri for working trip ( 3 persons) renting a car in Miri....

9:35am.Arrived Miri Airport....looking for locker....Big locker $20 & small one $10 ( perfect can fit the lagage)....

- Did some online transaction....payment to S&C.....

- TP for Topglove.....wait for awhile because of still raining.....

Walked over to the shops opposite airport....for lunch...

- Chicken & char saw rice $6 & barley ice bungkus $1.50 ( plastic cup instead of plastic beg)....

- asked the shop owner (foochow too) any where can rent a bike or bicycle...if walked to the beach was quite far....so start walking toward Miri town....about a while a Taxi stop by at first wanted to reject him but just try to ask how much he will charge to Miri...he replied out to me to... offer...just try $5 (airport taxi is 25 or 30, grab will be12..) ok or not...On...than only stop at taxi stand....

SW recommeded the Yummy Rojak house, PP recommended cendol and T about laksa....so checked on hp interenet...found the Yummy rojak....cachted the screen....

Went to Boulevard shopping mall....

Stop at McD...next to petrol station....bought a bottle of 100plus lemon $2.50.....

Went to Pullman hotel.....toilet & clean up......

Tried the Roti telur bawang...$3.50...teh ice bungkus ( same thing happen like money..no platic beg)

Passed by the Taxi stand....Tried the grab car again fee $11 fr the taxi stand.....immediated the driver called back...feedback not going to airport now maybe 15mins later....he said better cancel it first than he can take other client...so walked toward the highway toward airport...

Reached Muhibah tamu wet market.( usually buzy in the morning...) still got some people selling fruits & vege there....crossed over the highway to Shell petrol station than grab again...Mr.Wee called back fee $9 to Airport....waited about n10mins....very friendly driver introduce..few interesting places in Miri....like Canada hill, beach...look for blue eyes.....

6:15pm Arrived Miri Airport....unlock the locker....and waited for T at the arrived hall....S already there I didn't notice.....

After clean up at S apartment....we went to beach side for our dinner....

- clams....

- ikan bakar...& a vege.....

- 3 mei tea......

- raining...heavily.....sabu all...dishes...

wash up cloths....then dried it at balcony.....
