- condo normally will take 36mths to complete....but some developer made it 48mths in SPA...the date is based on SPA date (normally developer will delay to 6-8mths to ready the SPA to sign from the date of booking)
- Happened in the market...developer got problem but only not many owners wanted to against developer by lawyer, some owner wait and see.....eg 400 units but only about 40 owners participating...
- Some developer may get the letter of extension from housing department or minister....(grey area)..
- Delivery problem....some defects...written to developer in some period if still no repair owner have right to get own contractor to fix it...claim from the lawyer/trust company, if not enough claims from developer...
- Before sign SPA....must read carefully and understand than only sign or initial....

6:58am Reached the most challenging park of BBC peak...

7:05am reached the BBC Peak......free & easy....selfie, wefie...and etc....cement on the signage stands...

8:39am Car blocking issued....went down with Bard.....

8:49am reached the car park....relocated the cars from the entrance....

3:24pm..AM suddenly heard bom sound went outside and see...saw a lorry driver stuck between his lorry and a Honda BRV car ( just got it 2 week ago by restoran owner next door)...the lady from restoran removed her car to release the driver.....notice car rear portion dampded.....later few indian came...to check for the damage cost.....called the lorry company...or report to police and etc....
