Lunch...OAL wanted to eat the ML recommended wan tan mee at tmn caugnout....location sent by ML but monday off..today....so went to Ho Ho Chiak Wan tan Mee near by ( same as that day in Subang set lunch 9.90/set with a drink.....OAL order Duck drumstick noodle shoup addition of $3 for STK.....wanted to tar pao but the offer only valid for dine in.....

ER called about banner......

Used Cheras back to SP distance about same as BestRaya way.....cheras will be smoother less traffic light....

Tar pao Fried Koay teow & Nga pou kai fan for sll,jy & XJie.....

Dumpling break....water......not found hamper......found below shoe rack.....

Bukit Engku Busu Hiked & Back to KL

Morning 6:30am wokeup plan to Bukit Engku Busu hiked but a bit rain...changed plan...

4/6/2017 (Sun) Breakfast at Ayer Tawar....Curry mee, wan tan mee large/regular, prawn mee, yong tau foo & etc....taste so so only....

11am tried to convince more members to hike Bukit Engku Busu....influenced one by one managed to get 8 members.....

4/6/2017(Sunday) Bukit Engku Busu Lumut Perak hiked. 
3 members first time hiking & 3 members 2nd timers hiking.
7 x members first time hiking at Bukit Engku Busu....

On the way back to KL from Ayer Tawar used the new road in between Jln Teluk Intan to Bidor turned right toward Sungkai (163km saved about 17km vs Tapah way 180km).
Looking for restoran/dinner at Sungkai....but not found so had dinner at Restoran Zue Yue Lou Slim River 
After dinner when reached junction to KKB traffic very slow moving...so exit to KKB way (used it before when going hiking...) the old road to KL....traffic smooth and also wanted experienced night driving from KKB to Rawang than Selayang and KL reached SP about 12:40am.

Bukit 300 Hiking - 170603 (Sat)

6:30am sll hp alarm woke up.....till 6:40 woke her up....but others still not wakeup....

Sll woke up QJing....he waited at front office....called JY & Xjie no pickup ....SEE also not wake up so changed the hiking plan to evening....

By law the above 2 options already wrong....(By the surveyer it will be very complicated...)

Developer feedback...whitenight (baik hati tolong...) and 3 title because of the road designed...

Chairlady....asked when developer can submit the title application....developer waiting for the purchaser list from JMB at the same time can obtain that from pernilaian department.....

Developer is good to get all name lists to minimised the risk of wrong data....becaused once submitted for title application then will be very troublesome....

Issued about car park....more details will be in next appointment at 8/6/2018....

After meeting....where to eat ?....used the google map checked a place nearer to USJ1 and for them back to SP5.....at first USJ21 but later chk USJ1 which be more convienient...so called them...just follow me to USJ1 but the road already changed to one way...so better changed to Subang jaya....

Lunch at Wan tan mee Subang Jaya....luckily got a car park...but Toh hv to round only can get car park....

Rendi asked for payment for his kids milk powder.....asked him to meet at Sri petaing around 5pm....later met at BHP paid him 150...50 forfeited...later he agreed to finished up the remaining work (door frame for another bathroom C-13-M)....

Went to Old klang road to buy the oil filter for Innova.....

5:15pm sll clear up the stuff to throw away......rubber mat still good ( termite mark).....

Used the kesas way back to Ayer Tawar.....traffic slow at bukit jalil .....very long Q of vehicle into Puchong.....from Subang into north south highway.....when read the junction to Klang/Setia Alam checked with Waze notice traffic very slow on the road....so changed it to Guthri highway which done it before....straight to Sg Buloh...this time tried the lekas highway....distance about the same but faster and paid more toll....2.40 vs about 8.....

8:15pm Dinner at River View Restoran at Pasir Penampang.....

- Chiu Pai Fish ( delicious...sweet, sour...soup very nice...) fish RM7 per 100gm....cost 48.50....all 141....

When reached kg koh notice the shop beside Maybank no more tiang.....supported by scafolding....later got he new from Tina it was hit by a lorry.....

Sitiawan Hui KongSi ..met ko ko kai there with his old friends there..yam char....tar pou teh ping $2 and Teh si ping for OAL also $2....

Reached Ayer Tawar about 12am.....YT tried OAL's legs supporter device...felt very comfortable.....

Amway online renewal....(new design) checked the voucher already expired ( valid only for 1 year)...not happied and compalint to the person....replied me that can send a email to appeal on it....At first wanted to discontinued the membership.....later in the evening after deep consideration...better ctd bec...e-sub only $31 instead of $45...voucher may claim back $85 and another 2 forms....

29/5/2017 (Tuesday) Today is Dragon Boat/Dumpling/Duanwu/Zhongxiao Festival and also Keamatan Harvest Festival. Early morning received a very interesting greeting mandarin song.....

EP D-22-S unit meeting at 12noon.....before went to EP mgt office to collect the OR....owner feedback to kitchen water tap, small room door lock and main door problem....asked about deposit...given all OR and Cukai Taksiran with acknowledged received.....will arrange another for the water tap, door lock problem.....

At first plan to fetched them to the USJ1 then to Airport....later due to buziness...replied called can not made it....
