Monsters vs. Aliens is a 2009 American 3D computer-animated science fiction action comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by Paramount Pictures. It was DreamWorks Animation's first feature film to be directly produced in a stereoscopic 3-D format instead of being converted into 3-D after completion, which added $15 million to the film's budget.[2]

Tenancy Agreement Stamp Duty Calculations:-

Step 1: Calculate the total of annual rental (e.g.: RM1,700 per month x 12 months = RM20,400)

Step 2: Calculate the taxable rental. The first RM2,400 of your annual rental is entitled for stamp duty exemption (e.g.: RM20,400 – RM2,400 = RM18,000)

Step 3: For every RM250 or part thereof in excess of RM2,400, different rates will be applied to calculate the payable Stamp Duty according to tenancy period as following:-

• RM1 will be charged for tenancy period 1 year or less;
• RM2 will be charged for tenancy period more than 1 year but equal to 3 years or less than 3 years;
• RM4 will be charged for tenancy period exceeding 3 years or more.

Last night rain and cool morning at 6:40am wokeup prepared to Kg Merbau Qing Ming...but due to some delay must cancel the Kg Merbau then straight to Kaurekee...then Met at Simpang Dua.....CYS left KL 3:30am but traffice jam at Rawang then changed kilat highway to Kuala Selangor....
- Cloudy morning best moment for Qing Ming...
- Met Mr.TTL again like last year....shared about Wong Eng Su....

Breafast at Kg Koh Pasar noodle stall.....then to Sitiawan Carevilla home....

Lunch at NguSin house....TTP mentioned about CCTV for his home....house just renovated.....

CCTV at Peicheong Canteen....3 cameras no display....trouble shoot one by one camera...experienced the DB's elsb tripped when plug the 3 ways extention socket....add one 4 gangs extention socket..tested OK.  2 camera AD/DC adapter got problem replaced by the Tetron 3A AD/DC Regulated power supply...tested OK....

5:15pm ready back to KL from Ayer Tawar then stop at Kg Koh back street noodle shop for Kari fried mee, mee hoon laksa, thia pian x2, tauhu mix vege x 2, ABC & Kam Puan Mee....

6pm left Kg Koh after KK withdraw cash from MBB...as usual when reach at Tanjung Kajang will caught in Jam about one hour...

Office - IDE Harddisks testing continued but suddenly DB's ELCB tripped..when connected back tripped again (JOng's Radio also off).Troubleshoot be switched off all the extention sockets then on one by one....found that the 3 ways socket plug gave problem, after removed the socket then tested OK......ATan's PC delivery postpon to next monday.

CCK-AhMeng called CCK apartment is ready to return the Keys and appointment on Monday...

JOng shared about GST confusing from his customer, referred to New Paper or Regulation guide from Kastam....and others confusion.....Hopefully this GST will help on Malaysia's debts....

17 Camels and 3 Sons

Long...long ago, an old man was living with his three sons in a deserted village, located in the vicinity of a desert. He earned for his life with his 17 camels. He used to rent out camels as means of shipping in the desert. One day, he passed away and he had a will, leaving his assets for his three sons. 

After all the funeral obligations, the three sons read the will. While he divided all the properties he had into three equal parts, he divided the 17 camels in a different way. It wasn’t shared equally among the three as ‘17’ is an odd number and prime number, which cannot be divided.
The deceased old man stated that the eldest son will own half of the 17 camels and the middle one will get the one third of the 17 camels and the youngest one will get his share of camel as one ninth! 

All of them were stunned to read the will and questioned how to divide 17 camels as mentioned in the will. 

It is neither possible to divide 17 camels and give the half of the 17 camels to the eldest one nor able to divide the camels to the other two sons. They spent several days to divide the camel as mentioned in the will, but none could find the answer. 

They finally took this issue to the wise man in their village. The wise man heard the problem and instantly found a solution. He asked them to bring all 17 camels to divide them as intended by their father. 

The sons brought the camels to the place. The wise man added a camel owned by him and made it count 18.

Now, he asked the first son to read the will, he get half the camels, which now counts to 18 / 2 – 9 camels! The eldest one got 9 camels as his share. 

Remaining camels left – 9 camels

The wise man asked the second son to read the will – he was assigned a share of 1 / 3 of the total camels. 

It comes to 18 / 3 – 6 camels. Second son got 6 camels as his share. 

Total camels shared by the elder sons – 9 + 6 = 15 camels. 

The third son read his share of camel – 1 / 9th of total camels – 18 / 9 = 2 camels. 

The youngest one got 2 camels as his share. 

Totally there were 9 + 6 + 2 camels shared by the brothers, which counts to 17 camels.

One camel brought by the wise man was taken back. 

The wise man solved this problem smartly with this intelligence. Intelligence is nothing but finding a common ground to solve an issue. Every problem has a solution.
