Revisit Baby Hill on 7^th Oct 2012(Sunday).

Baby Hill/Bukit Putih is a hill that sits on a forest reserve in Cheras, near Kuala Lumpur. Residents around here frequent this hill throughout whole week, more on weekends. Another peak sits a short distance away from the summit of Bukit Putih; called Bukit Saga, this other hill is more popularly accessed from Taman Saga in Ampang. As most of the hikers are middle-aged to senior citizens, Bukit Putih has earned a popular nickname in Chinese - 'Ah Pak San', which is Chinese slang for old folks, referring to white hair. The trails have moderately challenging ascents and descents; if you were to traverse all the trails, it could easily take up most of the day.

 

The peak of Bukit Putih itself is a clearing with various crude exercise instruments. The trails lead to different 'stations' or check points around the hill. One of them even takes you to a small but scenic waterfall located down below following a steep descent.

婴儿山/白色山/老人山，吉隆坡蕉赖附近的一座小山,坐落在一个森林保护区。在这里的居民每天都有人上山，在周末更多人。另一个高峰从白色山峰很短的距离;所谓传奇山，这山更普遍从 安邦传奇公园的入口。大多数走山的人是中年和老人，白色山赢得别名称 -老人山，意为老人们，指的是白头发。山的上升和下降步道有适度性也有挑战性，如果你要遍历山所有的小径，它需要一天的时间。

白色山的山顶本身是一块空地上的各种锻炼工具。山上和下降有不同的步道站”或山周围的检查站。其中一步道把你带到一个小瀑布景区位。

Johor Tangkak’s Musang King 柔佛州东甲的猫山王

On 6^th Oct 2012 (Saturday) a day trip to Tangkak Johor, breakfast at Lok Pin Coffee Shop.

Tangkak is a district capital of Ledang, in the state of Johor, Malaysia. It lies close to the neighbouring state of Melaka, especially to Jasin town and district of the state and about half an hour drive from Melaka city centre. The town is nicknamed "Fabric Town" or "Syurga Kain" in honor of its many cloth shops. It is also well known as Gunung Ledang (Mount Ophir), which is the highest mountain in Johor, just 17 km away from the town centre of Tangkak. The mountain is clearly visible from any part of Tangkak.

This was my 2nd time eating durian at the road side, still remember my first time at Yong Peng Johor.

There are many varieties of durians, with names like Red Prawn, D101, D13, D24, XO, D2 and also Bamboo Leg (Thraka), but the one that is much in demand now, even rising above all is the Musang King (Mao San Wong in Chinese)."“The flesh is yellow, and it's creamy with a fragrance that lingers long in your mouth. The quality is consistent and you cannot find fault from one pulp to the other.

"The Musang King is originally known as Durian Kunyit, deriving its name from the yellow colour of the turmeric. Its place of origin is said to be Gua Musang, Kelantan"

二○一二年十月六日（星期六）一天的行程，柔佛东甲在乐斌咖啡厅享用早餐，。

东甲是一个乐当地区首府，在马来西亚柔佛州的状态。它位于马六甲的周边接近柔佛，特别是野新镇，区的状态，约一个半小时的车程，距离马六甲市中心。镇被昵称为“布城”或 “布天堂”，以纪念它的许多布店。这也是众所周知的乐当山,这是在柔佛州最高的山峰，只有17公里，距东甲镇中心，。山是清晰可见的东甲的任何部分。

这是我第二次在路边吃榴莲，还记得我第一次在柔佛州永平

有许多品种的榴梿，如红虾，D101，D13，D24，XO，D2和也率竹脚（Thraka）的名称，但是现在这是很多需求，甚至上升高于一切的猫山王。猫山王同人民的血肉联系是黄色的，奶油的香味，萦绕在你的嘴。质量是一致的，是目前最完善的榴梿.
猫山王起源榴莲姜黄，取得它的名字从姜黄的黄色，它起源的产地是吉兰丹州的狐狸洞

On 3rd Oct 2012 (Wednesday) after work went to Taman Rimba Kiara for exercise, photographs and video recording.The park is a bit quite not many people there and beware of dogs behind an indian tample near the park entrance car park.

Taman Rimba Kiara located at Jalan Abang Haji Openg, TTDI, Kuala Lumpur, WP Kuala Lumpur 60000, Malaysia Taman Rimba Kiara is hidden from main road entrance by a small road with gate and small sign board. For the first-timer, it is easy to miss the park’s signboard and head to the other park. If you can locate the old IBM tower in Taman Tun Dr. Ismal (which is now the VADS building), the park is just a bit further down the road (around 500meter away) before an indian templer on your right
 

 伽罗丛林公园

公园，花园，花园中心的活动，慢跑，骑自行车，露营地，小湖泊和小瀑布. 晚餐和午餐活动,摄影,体育赛事 & 婚礼活动.

在2012年10月3号（星期三）下班后去伽罗丛林公园做运动,摄影和录像.公园位于印度庙的后面, 提防狗在公园门口停车场. 公园的人并不多.

伽罗丛林公园位于马来西亚,吉隆坡60000在TTDI的塔曼惹阿邦·哈吉Openg路. 伽罗丛林公园的入口是隐藏的一个小入口门和小路标板。第一来的人很容易错过公园的入口门和路标板到其他的公园。如果能到旧的IBM塔墩博士在塔曼（现在是的VADS建设）路前约500米远，印度庙和公园的小入口在你的右边.

On 1^st October 2012 (Monday) after finish my work at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail  I went to Taman Rekreasi Lemah Kiara nearby Taman Tun Dr. Ismal for jogging and took some photos and videos. It is very nice place for exercise, after finish exercise only gone back home to avoid the traffic  jam in PJ during  6-7pm.

Taman Rekreasi Lembah Kiara/Taman Tasik Lembah Kiara (formerly known as 'West Valley Park') around 56km distance from KLCC, the size of park is almost  300 football fields  is located in front of Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (2) at Jalan Abang Haji Openg. It is a popular haven for jogging and recreational activities to both residents and outsiders and is currently being developed in stages to be the "Hyde Park of Kuala Lumpur". It is also famous for its natural trails and fresh air especially for avid jungle trekkers.The park open to public from 6am-8pm.

The park facilities : Fishes & turtles in the Lake, Hiking Trail for jungle tracking, Nice playground  for kids, Small stream - unique attraction, Suspension Bridge, Open area for function and group exercise, Clean toilet, Free drinking water from water dispenser, Beware monkeys around the park and etc.

 

伽罗谷湖公园

2012年10月1日（星期一），我的工作结束后我去附近的伽罗谷湖公园做运动和慢跑,拍照和
录制视频公园的景色.。这是很不错的地方进行运动和慢跑，运动结束后才回老家，以避免6时至下午7时交通堵塞在八打灵再也，。

伽罗谷湖公园(前为“西谷公园)约距离KLCC56公里， 公园的大小近300个足球场位于前学校的暾博士伊斯梅尔（2)学校在惹阿邦·哈吉Openg 路。它是为慢跑和休闲活动的居民和外来者，目前正在开发的跨越是“吉隆坡海德公园”。这也是著名的自然步道，空气清新，特别适合给登山者.公园开放时间给公众从早上6点至晚上8时。
 

公园设施：鱼和龟在公园的湖里，儿童游乐场,独特的吸引力小河，吊桥, 适合团体和小组运动领域，清洁的厕所，具有饮水机提供免费饮用水，小心猴子在公园附近等等。
