Viewd & updated all whatapp & FB messages.....should do it everyday to avoid miss some interested matters...

Ahim appointment 11am but never turn up again....called him said afternoon about 2:30pm...asked him to called before come....

Called TNB Shah Alam about SP 5 issued.....spoken to Erma...can made payment at Bangi than sent back the receipt to Shah Alam.....later called again asked can made payment at old klang road given a IP no  so went to Old klang Rd..at the same time sent back to CPU.....

CPU need about 1 hr to fix....so went to TNB...counter feedback never done it before with the IP no...so suggested to call TNB Shah Alam again Erma not there...assisted by another staff let she talked to the counter staff......printed out the Akuan Report then went to payment counter to settle...

Went to lighting shop with 70% dicount....most of the items hv 50% discount when asked about ceiling light not many choice...only hv the LED light samll $30++ and 40++....

Lunch at restoran nearby pearl point....chicken & char siew rice 6.50....

Stop at a Electrical shop nearby...bought 2 x LED ceiling light abot $40/pc .....

Called Pakistan-Khan....met him at the apartment transferred his stuffs to his car....feedback from him he was the tenant before....Khan dealing with hp business....rtned the 2 keys...

2 AC compressor cleaning......& chked the newer fridge motor.....

Late lunch at home......remang, rice rice...bamboon pork.....

Tried Nap after lunch but next door repaired work too noisy.....so changed to office....but the road was block by the family having wedding function closed whole road (too much...)....

Dinner at home.....kids tar pao when came back from church.....Ku Gua noodle big shared with SLL when called Qian no pickup than JYing but too late already reach home.....kids shared out their fried rice.....

An idea to chk with Cath about bukit brenuang hike tomorrow can standy or not incase someone cant made it.....she will chk with Alex.....later replied can not....

12:52pm chk the FRoom...no one inside.....whatapp her to move out....due to boyfriend staying inside the room for few days.....

Changed the door lock ( notice those DIY lock defects x 2....) so moved BRoom key to Mroom...tenant wanted to clean up today.....collected 675 for balance and signed TA at 13:49pm.....

Saw an Aluminium shop at bangi.....for the ER windows....at first $100 later after nego $90....went for lunch nearby malay shop.....the window boss feedback to window size was bigger...28" instead of standard 24" loosing money.....

15:34pm Went to Bangi...for TNB meter...felt that may not the right place...called and went there was true must go Shah Alam instead of bangi ( last time was at Bangi)....

16:41pm DIY south City....for door lock.....but later found the Big room door lock still can be used so kept at spare...

19:18 Bukit Chenuang...online chked....sll cant made it...will register tomorrow.....sent the info to Tan & Tahan group.....ramesh replied pass.....tan said not join due to the membership....

20:44am Public bank roti boy...sll bought offer abotu $20.....dinner at McD....kids went another car bec after dinner straigt to SSS house for drinking water....( today SP water cut due to some piping burst repair work....) water very muddy when resumed.....

13:51pm another Indon for work side visit....suggested do termite treatment first cost about $1k++...other asked him to quote...given email address.....termite attacked more seriously...so cant wait anymore...must did the treatment today at 16:47pm....done.....

TopRank Innova....aircon cost $2.6k.....called Leow & ML....cost about 1.5-1.8k.....after nego....used taiwan's parts with one year warranty.....$2k....later called again...included GST....agreed but must pay with cash.....

Asked yap help to install the hoop......but the window frame at LG he said not found....then collect back after ERW....


17:47pm AAnnie CCTV camera put back the original...for Thursday night function.....

22:12pm..after ERW called B-8-M no pickup later he called back when I reached home...so went again to collect the cash....

- payment $2.581.24 by cc....and new deposit also by cc $500 others must pay cash....

12:26 B-5-P...chk both fridge....both also cool.....but moved the newer unit to B-6-S for further repair.....

12:46pm SP5 new tenant wanted to rent a room....at first big room $350 later changed her mind to middle room $300...
- TNB bill $129.75 not settle....
